Instead, I depend on my extensive cross-media design experience. I rely on a solid strategy to build upon. I bank on my ability to work ahead of the trends. And I trust in my gift to question everything.

Honestly, I think the band, Boston, pretty much summed up my approach to design: “It’s more than a feeling.”

That's what I try to do every day. To create clean, inventive and usable designs, on the web and in print. I currently work at Colossal Squid in Chicago, but I'm always game for a side project or two. Holla at me and we'll discuss.

Manifest Wins Chicago’s PhizzPop

Last night at the Chicago Microsoft Phizz Pop Challenge, the Manifest team walked away as both the overall champion and the people choice champion. It was an amazing night for Manifest and ourselves. Thank you for all the support, congrats and all the amazing comments about our solution.

Manifest Team:
Brain Henkel - User Experience Specialist
Kevin Panke - Sr. Interactive Designer
Dan Thompson - Developer

I am going to keep this post short. Below are some images taken throughout the night by Jason Ulaszek and Jeff Woelker. A video of the actual Manifest presentation taken by Jason can be seen on Manifest’s YouTube page. Visit Phizz Pop for all the details of the competition. Enjoy.
